Education and the way of participation in its process has been transformed in a significant proportion. 24th JANUARY is celebrated every year as INTERNATIONAL DAY OF EDUCATION emphasising the role of education for learning, nurturing values and encouraging the role of education for peace and development. Education offers children a ladder out of poverty and a path to a promising future. This year’s International Day of Education will be based on the theme- “Changing Course, Transforming Education” with a purpose to strengthen and welcome the revival of education after the setback caused due to the Pandemic. The initiative would act as a platform to showcase the most important transformations that have to be nurtured to realize everyone’s fundamental right to education and build a more sustainable, inclusive and peaceful future.
