Lal Bahadur Shastri was India’s 2nd Prime Minister, and today the whole country is celebrating Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti. He is considered to be the greatest Indian leader of all time. Lal Bahadur Shastri is known for his contribution to the freedom struggle for India’s independence.

 

The nation is going to observe the 119th birth anniversary of the great Indian leader Lal Bahadur Shastri. The slogan, “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan” was coined by him to give respect to farmers and soldiers.

 

Lal Bahadur Shastri, born on October 2, 1904, in Mughalsarai, Uttar Pradesh, remains an enduring symbol of selfless service and dedication to the nation.
