“Wind, Water and Sun; Energy for the Long Run”
Every year, India observes  on December 14. The day is organized under the Ministry of Power. National Energy Conservation Day aims to generate awareness among the masses in India about the importance of saving energy. Essentially, the main objective of the day is to reduce the use of energy and to encourage people to use it efficiently, all the while planning holistic development strategies for the future. The conservation of energy is an important step that needs to be taken to ensure that the coming generations live in a brighter tomorrow. GD Goenka Public School, Rohini, Sector 9 joins hands in the movement to spread awareness about energy conservation.
