Diwali, also known as Deepavali, is one of the most celebrated festivals in India. It marks the victory of light over darkness, and good over evil. The word Deepavali means a row of lamps, and people celebrate by lighting diyas (earthen lamps), decorating their homes, bursting fireworks, and sharing sweets and gifts with family and friends.
The festival also signifies Lord Rama’s return to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile and his victory over Ravana. In some regions, it is also associated with Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity.
✨ Wishing you and your family a sparkling Diwali!
May your life be filled with joy, health, success, and endless light. 🌟🪔
